The Capabilities and Specifications
Our
forging process utilizes multi-station cold forging, which is typically
suitable for various types of metal materials, including carbon steel,
stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum, brass, and more. Through continuous
multi-station stamping, raw materials can be shaped into the desired forms while
maintaining their strength and microstructure, providing products with higher
dimensional stability and durability. This process is commonly used for
manufacturing a variety of components, tools, or other metal products.
We can handle forgings with a maximum size of approximately 50mm in diameter and up to 190mm in length, with production speeds reaching up to 3400 pieces per hour. The meticulous design of our forging process allows the parts to be formed at room temperature without requiring additional heat treatment, helping to reduce costs, improve production efficiency, and minimize waste.
